This model is a typical subdivision house found in the southern United States. All four sides are modeled, and some windows have vertical blinds. There is no displacement in use for the stone or roof tile, however, maps are supplied if you wish to add it.
In the 3ds Max file, the model is a single editable mesh object, so merging it in is simple plug and play. The model is descriptively named so you'll know exactly which model you are working with. Exported formats will import as single objects as well. Materials and textures are already applied. Only glass materials use Vray materials, so they may need to be recreated in a non-Max or non-Vray environment.
Models created with 3dsMax 9 and rendered with Vray 1.5 SP2.
