This model is a collection of three communications antenna towers.
In the 3ds Max file, the model has three objects (each antenna is a single mesh), so merging this into your scene is simple plug and play. Materials and textures are already applied. For the other exported formats, the model will import as three objects as well. All objects and materials have sensible, descriptive names. This model contains no Vray references.
